I now use Edge on a daily basis, as we are now ramping up preparations to return to Mt Everest Base and to also climb Mt Labouche at 6119M , training in hot and humid weather it is essential that we look after our hydration with Edge, and recovery with the Ocean Trace Magnesium. Tastes great and it works
